Phoenix, AZ (February 15, 2019)
This year’s Crush festival at Rawhide Event Center was the best place to be during Valentine’s Day weekend. All the way from the headliners to the workers, Crush has made a lasting impression on the House of Hearts team. Overall, everything went smoothly. Golf carts helped you get from your car to the venue. Drink and food lines were short. In the venue itself, it was easy to move around and dance with your friends. Relentless Beats has shown us that they continue to put on the best music events in Arizona without question.
The openers to start the first night were Bardz, Kaivon, and Wuki. All have incredible talent and bright futures in the music industry. Following the openers, Spag Heddy started things off with his heavy dubstep and bass filled sounds. After Spage Heddy, Joyrdye took the crowd by storm and brought his bouncy dubstep/house energy. The dynamic duo, Slander, were up next and the people of Rawhide were more than excited. They played some of their top hits, “Super Human”, “Happy Now”, and “Without You”. Halfway through Slander’s set, Said The Sky came out to tease at their new song “Potions” which is coming out soon. Seven Lions was then ready to bring a sweet ending to the first night. He played his memorable songs: “Rush Over Me” and “Strangers”. Halfway through his set, Slander came out to do a special B2B for their song “First Time”.
Opening the second night were Blossom, Um…, and Wooli. With her house filled music, Anna Lunoe preformed a great set to get the crowd moving again. The dubstep masked trio, Black Tiger Sex Machine, were well prepared for what Arizona needed and they delivered. Next up, 3lau came through with his well known tracks, “How You Love Me” and “Touch”. Halfway through 3lau’s set, Galantis came out for a special and unexpected five minute B2B. To end the festival, Alesso was more than ready to bring all of the feels to Arizona. “Remedy”, “Heroes”, and “Under Control” were a few tracks that made evening amazing.
This was another incredible event hosted by Relentless Beats. There were so many suprises and cool scenic experiences that they put together. There is more in store coming up that the Relentless Beats team is preparing. Phoenix Lights, Deadbeats: 4/20, and Wet Electric all are in April and are awaiting you.
